How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at otgproductionsandservices@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Pro stays active until the end of your current paid period and won't renew.

Refunds are also handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
